Judah and the Lion, Badflower, Dexter and the Moonrocks & Gigi Perez – Winter Jawn – Xfinity Live – Philadelphia, PA – January 25, 2025

It was a chilly but electric Saturday at Xfinity Live in Philadelphia this past weekend, as it was time for another incredible Winter Jawn! This year's lineup was full of some incredible acts, including Gigi Perez, Dexter and The Moonrocks, Badflower, and Judah & the Lion. Fans bundled up and packed into the crowd for a day full of fun and some amazing live music.

Kicking off Winter Jawn was Gigi Perez, whose set consisted of “Please Be Rude,” “Sailor Song,” and “Fable,” to name a few. She took the stage with a drummer and her guitar, and she opened up the show with a performance packed with power. Though she had a short set, she was the perfect start to the day, and her talent captivated the audience from the second she stepped on the stage.

Up next was Dexter and The Moonrocks. They got the crowd hyped and ready as their drummer came on stage shirtless and shot gunning a beer to kick off their set! They performed an incredible cover of “Freaks” by Surf Curse, and continued with some of their own tracks, including “Bleach” and “Couch.” Their energy was upbeat throughout their complete set, and it was clear how much fun they were having on stage. They got the crowd engaged with mosh pits, keeping everyone nice and warm.

Next to take the stage was Badflower. Fans were ecstatic to see these guys perform, holding up signs, wearing Badflower merch, and singing along to every word. Their set consisted of “Teacher Has a Gun,” “Don’t Hate Me,” “Fukboi,” “Promise Me,” “Heroin,” and “Ghost.” This isn’t our first time seeing Badflower perform, and they bring the energy every single time. Their stage presence is always incredible, and as usual they did not disappoint.

To round out this incredible day, Judah & The Lion took the stage. Their set was the longest of the day, and they performed a variety of tracks, including “Heartbreak Syndrome,” “Quarter-Life Crisis,” “Anger,” “Floating in the Night,” “Over My Head,” “Suit and Jacket,” a cover of Lit’s “My Own Worst Enemy,” “Take It All Back,” and more! They were full of so much joy on stage and were so much fun to watch. The crowd gave Judah & The Lion their infectious energy right back as they sang and danced along, braving the cold until the end of the set with smiles on their faces.

It was another successful year for Alt 104.5’s Winter Jawn. From beginning to end, every artist brought something unique and special to the stage. Despite the chilly winter day, the fans were in great spirits, and their energy was infectious all day! We can’t wait to see what next year has in store.
