Hovvdy – Fillmore Auditorium – Denver, CO – September 20, 2024
Texas-based indie pop duo Hovvdy wowed the Denver crowd the other night.
Supporting Beabadoobee alongside Keni Titus, Hovvdy took the Fillmore Auditorium stage with smiles on their faces. The duo played a beautiful array of songs from their 2024 self-titled record Hovvdy, including tracks like “Jean” and “Forever.”
During their set, they took the time to connect with fans. At one moment, singer Charlie Martin poked fun at the mile high city's name. He laughed at how Denver would look better with two V’s instead of one, like their band name. Their positive energy was palpable. By the end of their set, the entirety of the pit held up double peace-signs in the air to show their support for the duo.
I highly recommend seeing Hovvdy live as they will deliver an unforgettable performance! Fans of the indie genre (or those looking to discover some awesome new music) check out Hovvdy on all streaming platforms!
